Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Kitsufy currently ships across India.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier partner and assist with resolution.
9. Delivery Issues
If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, re-shipping charges (if any) will be borne by the customer.
