We sell printed posters for personal and decorative use only.
Intellectual Property Disclaimer:
- We do not own any designs, artworks, characters, logos, or images featured in the posters unless explicitly stated.
- All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights belong to their respective owners.
- Our products are inspired artworks, fan art, or decorative prints and are not intended to infringe upon any rights.

3. Eligibility
By using our website or purchasing from us, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or using the site under parental/legal guardian supervision.
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
4. Orders & Payments
- All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay and other approved payment gateways.
- We do not store any payment card details.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
5. Pricing Policy
- All prices listed on the website are final and inclusive/exclusive of taxes as applicable.

6. Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines vary by location and courier service.
- Delays caused by courier partners, customs, or unforeseen events are not our responsibility.
- The risk of damage or loss transfers to the customer upon handover to the courier.
7. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
We provide replacements or refunds only in the following cases:
- Product received in damaged condition

- Printing or manufacturing defects
Refunds are not provided for:
- Customer’s incorrect selection of size or design
- Normal variations in color due to screen differences
- Mistakes in shipping address provided by customer
Refunds (if approved) will be processed via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

- Claim ownership of the designs featured in the posters

- Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activities
Violation may result in termination of service.

- Losses due to shipping delays or third-party service failures
- Website downtime, errors, or data breaches beyond our control
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product purchased.
